It is possible to use symmetry relations in the learning process of the Morse code. Instead of learning the 26 letters you then only need to learn 15.
I consider two symmetry relations, namely the MIRROR and the INVERSION. The MIRROR reverses the order of dots and dashes and the INVERSION changes a dash to a dot or vice versa. If you have a look at the list below you will understand how the codes on the left side are related to the ones on the right.
MIRROR RELATION 1 .- A N -. 2 -... B V ...- 3 -.. D U ..- 4 ..-. F L .-.. 5 --. G W .-- 6 --.- Q Y -.-- INVERSION RELATION 7 . E T - 8 .. I M -- 9 .-. R K -.- 10 .--. P X -..- 11 ... S O --- REMAINING LETTERS 12 -.-. C 13 .... H 14 .--- J 15 --.. Z
