TRCELL is used to try to index seven reciprocal lattice planes (characterized by ndlvs) to construct a primitiv unit cell. In order to make such a construction, all ndlvs will be grouped into direct lattice planes, characterized by normalized reciprocal lattice vectors ( nrlvs) in a way similar to the formation of the ndlvs. If enough ndlvs were selected, and a good list of nrlv's was formed, a list of cells will be found by TRCELL. These cells will be scaled to an arbitrary volume, refined, reduced, and grouped in order of frequency of occurrence.
