The best is enemy of a good. One can improve a program an infinite time.
But sooner or later one has to stop, and this is just my case. I
consider now the present version of VMRIA as a more or less completed
update and would like to send it to CPP14. At the same time I send it
to you as a RAR-compressed file.
The new points in the algorithm are
1. elaborate automated irregular background subtraction (for many
   strictly necessary because if the background has too complex shape,
   and polynomials don't describe it Rietveld procedure is not
   applicable.)
2. Many automated preparations for Rietveld analysis of magnetic
   scattering.
3. Many automated preparations for treatment of anisotropic peak
   broadnings.
4. Some improvements of the automatic 3-dimensional Fourier map
   building and analysis.
And, of course, many simplifications of the user - program dialog.
