For reading the data (e.g. spectra) by VMRIA it is better to specify a
standard folder where this data might be kept.
In the z.ini it is assumed that this folder is c:\zlok (or d:\zlok).
If not while reading in the ini-file an error message follows from which
one can easily figure out what's the matter.
