X-Seed The main X-Seed window. The current model of the structure is always shown and is easily manipulated using the keyboard and mouse.
X-Seed
Dialog box for the input parameters to LAZY PULVERIX. Given crystal data and atomic coordinates, LAZY PULVERIX calculates powder patterns.
XRDPlot
XRDPlot is component of the X-Seed system. It is a separate program that displays calculated powder patterns generated by LAZY PULVERIX via the X-Seed interface.
LAYER
LAYER is component of the X-Seed system. It is a separate program that displays simulated precession photographs using the intensity data in the HKL file.
X-Seed Dialog box that controls SHELXL refinement parameters.
X-Seed Dialog box that displays a summary of SHELXL refinement. These parameters are extracted from the last available SHELXL LST file.
X-Seed
Dialog box that displays a summary of SHELXS solution. These parameters are extracted from the last available SHELXS LST file.
X-Seed
Dialog box that controls the settings used for the individual elements.
POVLabel
POVLabel is component of the X-Seed system. It allows one to control the atom labels on an image rendered using POV-Ray. Labels can be shown, hidden and moved about. Text can be added to the image and the user has full control over the font (name, color, size, bold, italic) of each individual label.
