Latest update is that some people are receiving virus containing Emails (supposedly
advertising CCP14 relevant information) from "Lachlan Cranswick"
with an Email address of l.m.d.cranswick@yahoogroups.com.
I and the CCP14 do not send Emails with executables. Please do not run any
programs sent from these Email addresses and also make sure you have the
latest anti-virus program installed on your system.

People have been receiving Emails from ccp14@dl.ac.uk and l.m.d.cranswick@dl.ac.uk with
Email viruses attached. If you look at the headers of these Emails, you will find that
they do not orginate from .ccp14.ac.uk or .dl.ac.uk
Normal correspondance with the CCP14 uses plain ASCII text with no attachments, HTML or
Javascript. If you receive anything unsolicited with such executables, use due care
and do not open any executables or run-time programs.
